This policy explains what information Winvana collects when you play, why we collect it, who we give it to, and the choices you have. It applies to the Winvana mobile game on iOS and Android, our website, and our player support channels (together, the “Game”).
The Game is operated by SHAHJAN & TOURS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we,” “us”). You can reach us about anything in this policy at muhammadzahidnaseerzxzx@gmail.com.
1Age requirement
Winvana is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to download, install, or play. The Game is rated for an adult audience on both the App Store and Google Play, and it is not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 is playing, we will block access and delete the personal information we hold about them. If you believe a child is playing, write to muhammadzahidnaseerzxzx@gmail.com and we will act promptly.
2Not real-money gambling
Winvana is a free-to-play social game intended for entertainment only. Coins, chips, and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or anything of value, and cannot be transferred off the Game. Winning in Winvana does not mean you will win at real-money gambling, and nothing in the Game is an offer to gamble.
We mention this here because it shapes what we collect: we do not verify your identity for gambling purposes, and we do not collect government ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or bank account details.
3What we collect
The table below lists the categories of personal information we collect, using the category names from the California Consumer Privacy Act so that they line up with the rights described in section 11.
| Category | What this means in Winvana | Disclosed to third parties? |
|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | A player ID the Game generates for your installation, device identifiers (Apple IDFV and IDFA, Android Advertising ID), your IP address, and your push notification token. | Yes |
| Commercial information | Records of in-app purchases: which coin pack, the price, the store transaction ID, and the time. Also your coin balance, VIP tier, and refund or chargeback history. We never receive your card number. Apple and Google process all payments and give us only a confirmation. | Yes |
| Internet or network activity | How you use the Game: sessions and session length, screens opened, machines played, virtual-coin bets and outcomes, bonuses and daily rewards claimed, features used, buttons tapped, ads viewed, plus crash reports, error logs, and performance data. | Yes |
| Approximate geolocation | Country, state or region, and city, estimated from your IP address. We do not collect precise or GPS location, and the Game does not ask for location permission. See section 6. | Yes |
| Inferences | Predictions we draw from the above — for example which game themes you prefer, which offers to show you, and which players are likely to enjoy a new feature. | Yes |
| Information you send us | The content of support messages, including your email address and any screenshot or attachment you choose to include, plus survey answers, bug reports, and prize-claim details for promotions we run. | Yes |
Sensitive personal information. We do not collect information about your race or ethnic origin, religion, health, sex life or sexual orientation, union membership, immigration status, or genetic or biometric data. We do not collect Social Security, driver’s licence, or passport numbers, and we do not collect precise geolocation. We do not use any information to infer characteristics about you in those categories.
4Where it comes from
- From your device, automatically — device model, operating system version, language, time zone, advertising identifier, IP address, and gameplay events, collected through software kits built into the Game.
- From you — when you contact support, report a bug, or answer a survey.
- From Apple and Google — purchase confirmations and refund notices.
- From advertising and measurement partners — the campaign or ad that led you to install the Game, so that we can tell which marketing is working.
5How we use it
- Run the Game: save your progress and coin balance, deliver daily bonuses, and keep everything working on your device.
- Process in-app purchases, restore purchases, and handle refunds and chargebacks.
- Answer support requests and investigate problems you report.
- Fix bugs, measure performance, and test changes to features, offers, and difficulty.
- Detect and prevent cheating, exploits, automated play, payment fraud, and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Personalise what you see in the Game — which machines are promoted, which coin offers appear, and when.
- Send you push notifications about the Game, where you have not turned them off.
- Market the Game: find new players, measure our advertising, and show Winvana ads to people on other apps and websites. See section 7.
- Meet legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and establish or defend legal claims.
6Approximate location
We estimate your country, state or region, and city from your IP address. We use that estimate to show the Game in the right language, to display prices in the right currency, to help detect fraudulent or automated activity, and to understand where our players are so we can plan updates and events.
This estimate comes from your IP address alone. The Game never asks for device location permission and does not collect GPS coordinates or any other precise location data.
7Advertising and analytics
We work with advertising and measurement companies to find new players and to understand which of our campaigns are effective. These partners receive your advertising identifier, IP address, and events such as “installed the game,” “finished the tutorial,” or “made a purchase.” They may combine that with information they already hold about your device from other apps and websites in order to show you Winvana ads elsewhere, or to show you other products.
On iPhone and iPad
Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt appears before we use your IDFA to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, we do not use the IDFA for that purpose, and our partners are instructed not to either. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. Deleting it stops apps from receiving an advertising identifier from your device.
Analytics
We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to see how the Game performs and where players get stuck. These tools receive gameplay events and technical data tied to your player ID and device identifiers, and they act on our instructions only.
We keep a current list of the advertising, attribution, and analytics partners we work with, and will send it to you on request at muhammadzahidnaseerzxzx@gmail.com.
8Who we share it with
We do not sell your information for money. We do disclose it to the following kinds of recipients:
- Service providers that run things on our behalf under contract — cloud hosting and databases, analytics and crash reporting, customer support ticketing, push notification delivery, and anti-fraud tools. They may use the information only to provide the service to us.
- Advertising and attribution partners, as described in section 7. Under U.S. state privacy laws this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising, and in some states as a “sale.” See section 9.
- Apple and Google, for payment processing, purchase validation, and app distribution. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Professional advisers such as auditors, accountants, and lawyers, bound by confidentiality.
- Authorities and others, where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to investigate fraud, protect our rights, or protect the safety of any person.
- An acquirer, if the Game or our company is sold, merged, or reorganised, or in an insolvency. We will tell you in the Game if your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy as a result.
9“Sale” and “sharing” under U.S. state law
Several U.S. state privacy laws define “sale” broadly enough to cover the disclosure of advertising identifiers and app events to advertising partners, even where no money changes hands. On that reading, we share and may be treated as selling the following categories: identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences. We do this for targeted advertising and for measuring our marketing.
We have not knowingly sold or shared the personal information of anyone we know to be under 18, and the Game is not available to people under 18 in any event.
You can turn this off. See “Do not sell or share” in section 10.
10Your choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the sharing described in section 9. There are two ways, and each one works on its own.
Turn tracking off on your device. This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately. On iPhone and iPad, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn tracking off for Winvana. On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads and delete your Advertising ID. Once there is no advertising identifier, our partners have no way to link your device to an advertising profile, and the sharing stops.
Email us. Write to muhammadzahidnaseerzxzx@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share,” and include the player ID shown in the Game under Settings. We will apply the opt-out to that player ID and pass the request on to our advertising partners. We will not ask you for anything else, and you do not have to give a reason.
An opt-out applies to the device you make it on. If you play on more than one device, do it on each.
Global Privacy Control
Where the law requires it, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser. In the mobile Game, the two controls above are the equivalent.
Push notifications
Turn push notifications off in your device settings or in Settings → Notifications in the Game.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — see section 12. Uninstalling the Game removes what is stored on your device, but it does not by itself delete what is held on our servers, so send us a request if that is what you want. Deletion is permanent: your coin balance, purchases, progress, and VIP tier are gone and cannot be restored, including by buying coins again.
11U.S. state privacy rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you have some or all of the rights below. Which ones you have, and how they work, depends on your state.
- Know and access — ask what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, who we disclosed it to, and get a copy.
- Delete — ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct — ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate.
- Portability — receive a copy in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Opt out — of sale, of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, of targeted advertising, and of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not carry out profiling of that kind.
- Limit sensitive information — we do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit.
- No retaliation — we will not cut off your access, degrade the Game, or charge you differently because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal — if we refuse a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the word “appeal.” We will respond in writing within the period your state allows, and tell you how to complain to your attorney general if we still say no.
California residents may also designate an authorised agent to act for them. We will ask the agent for written proof of authority and may ask you to confirm it directly.
12Submitting a request
Email muhammadzahidnaseerzxzx@gmail.com. Tell us which right you want to exercise and include your player ID, which is shown in the Game under Settings. We operate online only, so we take privacy requests by email rather than by telephone.
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and take no more than a further 45 days.
Your player ID is the main way we can tell which information is yours. Before we act on a request to access, delete, correct, or port information, we will ask you to confirm that ID and, where we need more certainty, the store receipt for a purchase you made. We use anything you send for verification only, and delete it afterwards. If we cannot match a request to a specific player with reasonable confidence, we will tell you so rather than guess, because handing the wrong person your information would be worse than declining.
13Children
The Game is for adults 18 and over, is rated accordingly on both stores, and is not directed to children as that term is used in the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from any minor under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information, contact muhammadzahidnaseerzxzx@gmail.com and we will delete it.
14How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy. Because those purposes differ, so do the periods. We work out how long to keep each category using these criteria:
- How recently the Game was last played on your device.
- How long we need the information to run the Game for you — including keeping your progress, coin balance, and purchases available if you come back after a break.
- How long tax, accounting, and audit rules require us to keep records of payments.
- How long we need records to detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse, and to keep a block effective.
- Whether we still need the information to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
- Whether the information has been aggregated or de-identified — once it can no longer be linked to you, we keep it without a fixed limit and will not try to re-link it.
When information is no longer needed under any of these criteria, we delete it or strip out anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see section 12. If you do, we remove your progress and the identifiers linked to it, and keep only the minimum needed for the legal and anti-fraud purposes above.
15Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that limit staff to what their role requires, logging of administrative access, and regular review of our systems and of the partners we use. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
16Players outside the U.S.
Winvana is intended for players in the United States and is not offered or marketed elsewhere. If you access the Game from another country, you do so on your own initiative. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the one you live in, where privacy laws differ from your own. Wherever it is processed, we require our service providers by contract to protect it to the standard set out in this policy and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
17Changes
We will update this policy as the Game changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use your information, we will tell you in the Game before it takes effect, and where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
